Born and raised in Toronto, Kenny aka (Gemstone International) grew up in a household that played many genres of music. Having a love for 50’s & 60’s, Bollywood, Soca and Reggae music, he started a collection of his own records. He also found a passion for sound and lighting equipment.

Gemstone is known to bring his energy through the “mic” and his mixes. He is known to play in Night Clubs, Weddings, Community events, such as The Durham Caribbean Festival & The Toronto Caribbean Carnival. Some of Gemstone International events are: Choka On De Lake – Blackout Fete – Soca-olgy – Sunday School and the M.I.A Fete!

Ultimately Gemstone wants to be the brand that takes a fusion of culture to the pinnacle of Toronto’s entertainment scene as well as represent Toronto across the globe while displaying all of its unique appeal and charm that makes Toronto what it is.
